Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro C Dual

Hi Guys
I am a real noob with this stuff and need some help. I built myself a Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro C Dual extruder a few weeks ago and I've been able to print some ok test cubes etc but decided to try Matter Control as it seems to look like it is more user friendly than the other programs I've tried so far. Getting the software setup on any of the software seems to be the problem for me. Is there a configuration file that my printer is better suited to as I don't see it listed in your printer list? I need some basic settings as a good place to start.

MatterControl does have a profile for the Prusa i3. During printer setup, click the 'Make' menu and scroll all the way to the bottom and choose 'Other', then in 'Model' choose 'Prusa i3'.
