monoprice mini v2 says "printing" but does not print

I just downloaded the software. It looks great so far. when I try to print, it says "printing" but does not print. I tried restarting the printer, pc and software. Still does not print. Printer works fine with cura.
btw, I'm using win 10 lastest version and usb

This is not something we have seen before.
Is the terminal running?
Could you copy and paste the terminal log so we can take a gander?
Is the machine heating up?
