Looks like you are skipping steps. First thing I'd do is check the belts and pulleys and depending on what printer I have make sure you got no mechanical problems and no electrical ones like anything from drivers to a loose wire
-
@mpirringer Hey one thing I forgot to mention that my printer is leadscrew driven with 28byj-48 stepper motors..
I have also made a video of problem...check this out..
https://youtu.be/YMcufYSAAVE

Then it looks like you are somewhere hanging up and missing steps as some layers are fine and then it steps so I'd start with the inspecting the screws and bearings
-
@mpirringer I have lubricated them often...
-
If it was working and now it isnt something is obviously wrong- If its off you can try turn it by hand and feel for resistance if its mechanical a piece of dirt or filament sucked into the bearing could do that or something loose on the gantry could make it hang up at times - or as I stated before something electrical
-
@mpirringer From the maiden print only it has this problem... I checked everything... Checked electrical i.e loose wires, drivers etc... I also have checked whether the flexible shaft Coupler is tightened enough to motor shaft and leadscrew... Lubricated bearings... Turned the leadscrew by hand and there is no much resistance felt... It turns easy..(when printer is off).
Firstly it used to skip steps that would be visible.. i.e during print the X Motor skipped steps during some print move in each layer... So I kept min feedrate to S300... There was a little improvement in print...
But that only I could do... The problem still exists!!

Please reply sir!! I need your help...

You are definitely skipping so its either mechanical or electrical. IDK what printer or board it is so it also could be that the steppers are not getting enough Voltage/current if its adjustable. Maybe try talking to the people who manufactured it. BTW I am just another user
-
@mpirringer Thanks for the reply... Yeah sure.. actually it's a DIY one... Using ramps 1.4 with Arduino mega with A4988 stepper drivers...
-
Maybe post some pics I'd like to see always interested in custom built. Maybe up the voltage a little bit
-
@mpirringer Yeah sure... I will upload it tomorrow..
