PLA does not stick to bed and warps!!

I've been having too many issues printing with PLA!!! It will not stick to the bed and if I get a descent print it warps on the edges!
I'm using Flashforge Creator Pro printer and Makerbot software.
From looking at the pic attached can someone help me out.

Dial back the extrusion rate as it looks like you're over-extruding, and use glue stick on top of the blue tape to help the part stick better.
