Cannot Export Purchased Model

I just bought the E3D Titan Extruder Standard Mount digital design and noticed it is not exportable from within MatterControl - the option is greyed out. Is the export feature disabled because it is purchased? I want to print it using Simplify3D because it already have it configured for my printer and MatterControl is not allowing me to select either a PrintrBot Play or Prusa i3. I have another post asking why Prusa i3 is not listed in MatterControl.

Yes. Exporting is disabled for purchased items. However, if you send an email to support@matterhackers.com we will be happy to provide you with the STL files.
