My flashforge creator dual won't print in matter control.

My flashforge creator dual is not printing in Matter control.
According to the forums, I expected these results…
Could you describe exactly the sequence of events that happens when you start a print? Here is what it is supposed to do.
- The bed heats up
- The printer homes (print head moves to the back right and the bed moves all the way up)
- The bed moves down 5mm
- The extruder heats up
- The print head moves to the starting point of the print and begins printing
however, step three goes all the way to the bottom of the printer instead of only 5 mm down. When the extrusion starts the bed is all the way the bottom and I just get a thin line of plastic hanging down. There is some concern that my printer is either a flash forge creator dual or a flash forge creator Pro dual. It is made of wood suggesting that it is a flash forge creator dual. However, the display on the front of the unit says FF creator Pro. Right now I have selected the flash forge creator Pro printer in matter control.

This is something we have seen before. The fix is already in the code and will be available in the next release (1.6). If you need to use it now, you can download the experimental version. Beware, though many other things are broken in the experimental release.

Is there an approximate ETA on version 1.6?
-
It is still several months away.
-
Any update on 1.6 arriving?
-
@droptrooper It's in alpha now; hope to have it ready in a couple of weeks.

Got the 1.6 and it works! Thanks guys and gals.
