Accessdenied

I have a new Matter control Touch that I was able to send one stl file, from my desk top computer, to my Touch and print. I tried another file and it said it was too big. I changed the dimensions, several times, and tried to send; to no avail. I cleared that file and tried to send another file and received this message, Access to the path " _ _ _3stl" is denied." It shows the name of the file I cleared and not the file I'm trying to send. Can anyone help me regain access? Thank you!

Can you be a little more specific about how you're sending the files? Are you using MatterControl to send files from the desktop version of the app to the MatterControl Touch via the 'Send' option, or are you sending the files manually using a different method?
MatterControl 1.4 now has the Cloud Library feature which makes sending files much easier so that is now our recommended method for transferring files to the Touch:

Yes, I'm using MatterControl on my PC and I'm following the directions on, https://www.matterhackers.com/articles/mattercontr...

Okay, thanks for confirming.
We've seen intermittent issues with the 'Send' function referenced in that article, and Cloud Library is now the preferred method for sending files so I recommend you use that instead.
From the first link in my last post, navigate to the 'Adding Files' section for information about how to add files to your Cloud Library.
Use the second link to access the post about retrieving those files on the MatterControl Touch.
Let me know if you have any issues.

That worked. Thank you!
