gobs of black plastic in my prints

suspect that my E3D holder is melting away on my pulse xe .is it possible to get the STL files for these parts,so i can print them before they melt completely away.

@richmarbury after a little better examination the E3D holder/support is not melting removing the heater cover i also found globs of the filament i am now using.now suspect some type of leak.

a slight tightening of the nozzle and i am back to making great prints

Sometimes also especially with PETG filament gets stuck to the E3D sock and then on occasion falls off. Make sure you cleaned everything real good if the nozzle was not tight enough
