Changing color of filament in Makerbot desktop; screen color

How does one change the color of the the filament in the Makerbot desktop; the color you see on the screen. Also, is there a way to have different colors for model material from one extruder and support material from the other within the desktop?

I used to be able to do it when the control software was called "Makerware"
