Robo 3D Plus Help

  • I recently bought a Robo 3d R1 Plus printer. I was running a few tests and everything was going ok. After i was messing with it i tried to send my nozzle home. It seems to follow the x and y axis and yet the z axis always seems to raise and little and wont home in anymore than like 4 inches from the plate. It was working fine originally but i belive it was when i was using the Matter Touch and was raising the z axis and didnt stop. Not sure how to adjust this or fix this issue. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get back to printing. It almost breaks my heart on day 2 and only being able to watch stringy filament just pour inches off the platform.

Sounds like you are running into this issue, or something related. Did you read that thread? Did it help at all?
